Returns & Exchanges

At Padre Coffee, we want you to enjoy every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on equipment and brewing accessories within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is non-perishable hardware or merchandise and remains in its original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.

  Contact Support

  Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your original invoice.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our Melbourne warehouse using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
