How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. To ensure maximum flavor and aroma, all orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
What is the best way to store my coffee beans?
Keep your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profile.
Do you offer shipping across the country?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite blend, select a delivery frequency, and enjoy a discount on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose a specific grind setting tailored for Espresso, Filter, or French Press on each product page.
